The amount paid for the box and services is final and non-refundable.
However, if there are missing snacks or if the box or snacks are damaged, we will provide a partial or full refund. For more details, please refer to [insert refund policy link or details].
If you do not wish to be charged for future boxes, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
For example, if your renewal date is the 30th of each month, the last day to cancel and avoid being charged for the next month would be the 29th.
If there is a dispute from your credit card company or PayPal or we are notified by your credit card company or PayPal of actual or suspected fraud on your account, we may suspend or terminate your account and/or payment capabilities and suspend or cancel any pending box shipments.
Please note that if you file a claim with PayPal or Stripe, the final decision on the claim will be made by PayPal or Stripe. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our customer support team.
