To stop or cancel your subscription and prevent future renewals, please log in to your account and complete the cancellation process at least one day before your subscription renewal date.
For example, if your renewal date is the 30th of each month, the last day to cancel and avoid being charged for the next month would be the 29th.
And also please note that stopping your subscription only prevents future renewals and does not cancel any remaining or upcoming prepaid shipments.
If you complete the cancellation process after your subscription has been renewed, that renewal will be the final charge, and you will continue to receive all remaining prepaid shipments.
